Adivero is a boutique consulting firm helping small and medium-sized organisations in the fields of Human Resources, Business Consulting and Market Surveys in the Pacific region.

Based in Noumea and Brisbane, the strength of our team of fifteen consultants lies in their complementary profiles, either engineering or business school postgraduates, as well as the diversity of their professional background (banking, IT, manufacturing, mining, public services).

To assist our clients Adivero consultants employ an operational and pragmatic approach. We support this approach with robust methodologies and innovative solutions to adapt your business to constant evolution.

Our core business is Search and Selection for technical, professional, management and executive positions within the areas of Resources, Engineering, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing in Australia and the Pacific islands with the support of our business partner Rubicor Technical (www.rubicor.com.au)

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We create and review standard operating procedures based on legal compliances and review contracts of employment & job descriptions. We implement performance review and workforce planning.

Alain ETCHEGARAY - Managing Director

Alain has worked as trainer, consultant and manager in the last 25 years in a number of cultural environments such as United States, Japan, Germany, France, New Caledonia and Australia.

Alain works as a facilitator mainly on projects in the Pacific region. Alain loves interacting with different cultures and finding bridges between people from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals.

Education : Masters in Business (ISG - French business school), postgraduates studies in HR at U.C.L.A. and in organisational development at Macquarie University - Sydney.

Xavier SEVIN - Managing Director

Xavier possesses 20 years of experience in project management. He works in the field of digital information in general and in particular in digital use within organisations, whether public or private. He has conducted many projects for private companies, government departments and public institutions in New Caledonia.

Xavier is also a part time lecturer at the University of New Caledonia and the Business School from the Chamber of Commerce in Nouméa.

Education : Masters in Mathematics and MBA at EDHEC (French business school)

Nolwenn LEDDET - Head of the Survey Department

Nolwenn has 12 year experience in strategy, qualitative and quantitative surveys consulting. She worked 7 years for Nielsen in Europe before joining Adivero 6 years ago where she oversees the Survey department.

Nolwenn masters the methodology to diagnose needs, analyse an environment, implement strategies to reach a specific target and measure results.

Education : Masters in Business with a major in marketing from EM Lyon (French business school)
